The forecast for our seventh day of 31 Days of Pink? A steady downpour of pink confetti!
This simple DIY requires only two steps: Start by painting your nails with a pretty, neutral polish. We used essie polish in Topless & Barefoot. Then, sprinkle pink glitter on the wet polish and tap off the excess.
