Brianna Brown, Actress

You may recognize Brianna Brown as the new surgeon on General Hospital, but if you don't have time for daytime TV, you can see her in Knocked Up, Criminal Minds and The Closer. When she's not behind the camera, Brianna is passionate about environmental and women's organizations, like starting her own group called The New Hollywood, which focuses on supporting women make their Hollywood goals come true.
7:00 am
Wake up. I have a late call time to set, so I have time to workout this morning! I like to start the morning off with a little meditation. Each morning I try to write down five things for which I'm grateful.
7:30 am
Splash water on my face, and pull back my hair into a messy pony-tail, floss (because my dentist scolds me if I don't), brush my teeth with Tom's Organic Toothpaste and my Sonicare, put on my Lululemon workout clothes then jump in my convertible.
8:00 am
Attend Soma Studio for a pilates/cardio class called Soma Sculpt. This will kick your butt and is soo worth it!
9:00 am
In traffic heading home. I basically live in my car, so thank God for good music on my iPod!
9:30 am
I make a quick protein shake with almond milk and Stevia (recommended by my nutritionist Feline Butcher, I love her!).
10:30 am
Shower using Fresh soap, Wen shampoo/conditioner, Jai brand pigment correction x-cellerator scrub (can't live without!). After showering, I apply Arcona Magic White Ice and sunscreen, and a little Moroccanoil to the ends of my hair.
11:30 am
In the car again heading to set at Prospect Studios, with a mug full of organic Kukicha Tea with Stevia (I have a major sweet tooth).
12:15 pm
Time for hair and makeup to get "in character!" First in the hair chair having Linda work magic on my mane; then on to makeup with Donna while I look over my lines again.
2:00 pm
Shooting General Hospital and today is a really fun scene outside the hospital where I finally get to change out of scrubs!
7:30 pm
Wash my face with Arcona Toner Tea Bar... part of the Basic Five program I'm trying and loving. I actually have to wash my face several times to get all of the make-up off from the show. Several times!
7:45 pm
Put my scripts in order for the upcoming days, put my wardrobe back on the hangers and straighten up my dressing room before leaving for the night.
8:00 pm
In the car (again). I use this time to return a million phone calls while driving to meet my boyfriend for dinner. I'm starving!
8:20 pm
Meet at Real Food Daily and indulge in the best vegan food in town.
9:15 pm
Finally home! I run lines for tomorrow while folding clothes and straightening up my house. Then my boyfriend is kind enough to help me run lines face-to-face.
10:00 pm
Watch a little of the Olympics while enjoying my peppermint tea (so calming).
10:30 pm
Give my face a once over (again!) with Arcona Triad Pads (genius, all in one solution for your face), put a little La Mer under my eyes, brush out my hair then head off to relax before going to bed.
11:30 pm
Read a little of an investing book called Put Your Money Where Your Heart Is by Natalie Pace. I'm in an investment club for women (Green Goddess Investment Club) and I have to read 70 pages before the meeting next week.
12:00 pm
Finally... time to hit the sack!
