Catherine Zeta Jones' Secret To A Smokin' Hot Bod
Anyone else notice how smokin' hot Catherine Zeta Jones looked at the Oscars? The woman is 43 and looks better than some 23 year olds I know. You're probably thinking, "Oh, she's famous and probably has a trainer come to her home every day." Nope, that's not it. You'll be surprised that she doesn't have anyone helping her look so damn good.
“I don’t have a trainer. Crazy, right? But I don’t need anyone to motivate me,” she said in an interview.
So what does she do? Pilates? Nope. Yoga? Nope. Hoola Hooping? N...YES! The Welsh actress is a hula hooper (pause for reaction). OK, so it may not be a standard kiddie hula hoop, but it's still crazy to think that you can get a body like hers from working those hips!
“I’m obsessed with Hula-Hooping, I do it 20 minutes a day. I don’t use the old-fashioned hollow plastic kind we had when we were kids. It really helps my mood too, which, with the bipolar thing, is important,” she said.
Catherine uses a fitness hoop from Hoopnotica, an LA based fitness company. A recent study done by The American Council on Exercise stated that "Hopping burns an average of 420 caleries and house, comparing it to the intense workout experienced in a cardio kickboxing class."
