Lena Ott was contemplating the complexities of color and light when she decided to turn her talent for art into a moving mosaic hair. While gaining inspiration from colors seen in everyday life, Lena has managed to create her own distinctively cool, contemporary style of balayage, or hand painted highlights. She's currently working at Leonardo Manetti's ION Studio, a full service luxury and green salon in New York’s Soho district, where she has taken on the position of Color Director.
