Before he became the consulting hairstylist for Garnier on Project Runway, Philip Carreon was a hair prodigy working at the prestigious Sebastian International. He realized his love for hair styling at a young age and earned his cosmetology license before he even graduated high school. While at Sebastian, he quickly became the Artistic Director and it was during that time he started working with Pat Benatar. He created some of her iconic looks and he continues to style the locks of stars like Prince, Demi Moore, Megan Fox and Miley Cyrus. He currently lives in LA and co-owns the Estilo Salon with Robert Ramos, which they opened in 1991.
