The Baron of Brunettes, master colorist Christopher Cilione of the Oscar Blandi Salon in NYC is known for his amazingly natural-looking hues. A veteran of New York's top salons, he has been a go-to guys for 18 years and carved out a niche for himself in corrective color. Christopher believes that color is not complete without glistening shine and smooth texture, a combination that's difficult to achieve with chemical processes.
