Twelve tubes of lipstick? Poetry scribbled on Sephora receipts? Keys to a Harley? You can tell a lot about a person by the contents of her bag. In our What’s in My Bag series, we ask style insiders to spill the contents of their purses in hopes of finding a few gems.

“I love handbags, especially to play with my style. Parisian women are really obsessed with the final touch a handbag gives to a look. Personally, as I'm traveling a lot or moving around Paris all day, I would rather have a cool bohemian look with flat shoes that I will match with a really Couture bag. For example, I love the Céline bag
or the Goyard totes. As I'm carrying my whole life in the bag, I need to be organized. I have a lot of small pouches from Stéphane Verdino
where I file my documents, my makeup…”
A lipstick: preferably a red one from Dior Addict Fluid
or a pink one from Chanel (Rouge Coco Shine Viva
). I can use it for touch-ups during the day and use it as a light cream blush on my cheeks."
"A hand cream — I love, for example, the L'Occitane Hand Cream
. For me, hands are so important, it says a lot about the people you're facing!"
"A fragrance. Lately, a lot of brands have been developing concentrated versions of fragrances either in extracts, oils or even balms. I'm in love with Le Labo Baume in Iris 39
. I apply it on my wrists and my neck several times a day. It's a new clever way of perfuming."
I'm as well obsessed by sun protection as [sun is] one of the main causes for skin aging and pigmentation spots. I'm in love with the Bioderma Sun Stick
which I find very easy to use and to keep in my handbag.
Fashion Week Essentials
"Fashion week is always either hectic or quiet... very quiet... waiting for the show to start or being in a car from a show to another. I always carry my Iphone to take pictures, Instagram or read the news; a notebook (I love the Smythson ones , they're really cool and less seen than Moleskines). I always have my fountain pen with pink ink cartridges , a book as I love reading, and of course my makeup bag. I also have a fan — it's my Spanish touch (from my mother)."
The Quirky & Unexpected
"Band Aids of course... I also have a diary as I am a 'paper generation girl' and I don't have an electronic diary yet. I keep sone postcards, business cards and pictures of my children, Joseph, 12, and Léon, 8."
