Chanel’s Eye Sequins Have Us Starry Eyed

You can always count on Chanel to bring major eye candy to the runways. And we’re not just talking about the clothes and accessories. The beauty look at Karl Lagerfeld’s 2013 Fall/Winter Ready-to-Wear show took sequins where they haven’t gone before – to the peepers! Peter Philips accented the models eyes with platinum sequins at the upper lash line. They drifted down into the lashes for a dreamy take on eyeliner. It was, by far, the most eye-catching look we’ve seen since Pat McGrath’s “butterfly eyes” at Dior’s Spring 2013 show. Which makes us think, “Are bedazzled eyes going to be a thing?”
