Face Confetti is Everywhere This Season

 

New York Fashion Week has us seeing stars — literally. At A Détacher, models faces were spangled with stick-on gold and silver star “freckles,” while at Tommy Hilfiger, makeup genius Pat McGrath played off the collection’s starry theme with stenciled faux tattoos.

 

But the trend doesn’t stop there. Iridescent sequins garnished models’ faces at Monique Lhuillier, while the girls at Zimmermann wore a tiny gold applique under each eye.

 

We say, why wait for spring? This look has "holiday party" written all over it — and face confetti is bound to get you noticed even more than a red lip.
