Jo chose this foundation for its medium coverage and dewy finish.

To set the makeup, Jo brought out Emmy's natural complexion with NYX Stay Matte But Not Flat Powder Foundation in Creamy Natural. She then used these blotting papers to make sure her makeup stayed put all night long.

Jo swept this powder along the sides of Emmy's cheekbones and down her nose for the perfect scutlped cheek.

Then, she mixed this blush with the contour powder and applied it to the apples of Emmy's cheeks up to her hairline.

She dabbed some of this luminator to reflect the bright lights off of Emmy's collarbone and shoulders.

Jo started off by applying a layer of NYX Eye Shadow Base in White for a strong canvas for the bold eye makeup. She then applied this shadow "to create the overall shape and dimension of the eye and eyebrow."

For extra definition, Jo used her finger to press this eye shimmer onto the outside of the eyes. She blended everything with a flat brush afterwards. Then, Jo softened everything up with NYX Nude Matte Shadow in Tryst "to make the smoky eye makeup look more sophisticated and wearable."

"NYX Kohl Kajal Black Liner was used to create a winged liner that extended to the outside of Emmy’s eyes and blended up to the eyebrows."

She completed the look with a few heavy coats of black mascara.

Jo opted for a light peach lip color to keep the focus on Emmy's eyemakeup. “This rock ‘n’ roll girl may stay out all night at the punk show, but she's coming home, taking off her makeup and putting on a face mask. Keeping it classy!” said Jo.
