NYFW Spring 2013 Trend: Rainbow Lids Klaudia Tirico
Bright lips were all the rage last spring but, this season, it’s all about the eye. New York Fashion Week was a blur of vibrant hues on lids and we couldn’t get enough. Here are a few of our favorites.
