I headed over to the Caudalie Spa on two separate occasions - once for a massage and another time for a facial. When you first enter the spa, you'll be escorted to the locker room and change into your spa gear. And once you reach the spacious French Paradox Lounge, you'll know you're not in Kansas anymore! One wall is actually a wine cellar stocked with bottles you can drink before, after or in between services. And if the grapes and other munchies in the lounge don't meet your hunger pangs, you could go for an artisanal cheese plate to pair with your wine.

My massage was relaxing - nothing out of the ordinary - but the olfactory experience was divine. I need to get my hands on those candles lit through out the spa! My facial included some extractions along with some massaging techniques. I was pleasantly surprised when I received feet, leg, hand and arm massages while my face mask set. Plus, the lingering scent of the body lotion reminded me of my moment of bliss even once I stepped onto the subway post-service.
