Reese Witherspoon, Emma Stone + More Stars Pose as Dolls for W Magazine

 

Lower lashes are having a major moment in W magazine’s February 2015 issue. Stars like Julianne Moore, Emma Stone and Reese Witherspoon are just a few of the A-listers gracing the multiple covers of the publication’s Movie Issue, and we can’t peel our eyes off the ladies’ doll-like makeup. 

 

 

Witherspoon and Stone look innocent and child-like on their covers, wearing extra large floppy hats and even a few faux freckles, while Moore’s look is a bit stronger and more masculine. All three covers have one thing in common: the major strips of falsies on their lower lash lines, which instantly open up their eyes.

 

As pretty as they all look, we can’t help but be a little creeped out by their gaze. And while we’re sure photographer Tim Walker wasn’t inspired by Chucky or Annabelle for the spread, he sure is giving us plenty of Halloween 2015 inspiration. Hey, it’s never too early to start planning an epic costume.
