Between frizz, sweat and that icky feeling of hair on your neck in the heat, a good hair day is hard to come by in the summer. Luckily we have Pinterest to give us a daily dose of out-of-the-box hairstyles so we can get through the season's scorching temperatures with ease. Here's a cheap and easy way to show your American pride this 4th of July. Simply pull a Bruce Springsteen and tie a patriotic bandada around your head. It goes with practically every hairstyle.
Skip the super, super wet look (and all the gel that comes with it) with a more relaxed, not-so-wet version. Use a leave in conditioner (we love this Verb Conditioning Leave-In Mist) to dampen the crown of your head and use your fingers to comb it all back.
