“To create some drama and accentuate Zoë’s beautiful almond eyes, I first mixed the lightest shade of the Chanel Quadra Eyeshadow in Variation with rose water, and using an angled fluffy brush, I painted a shimmery highlight sweeping the color across the upper lid and around the inner eye,” Bua explains.
